It is located in a beautifully wooded area and features efficiency, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Blending two Federal Programs, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Tax Credits/Bonds, allows us to provide a friendly and welcoming independent living community that is affordable for seniors. Seven Oaks at Notre Dame is patterned after the community it serves, providing the opportunity for aging persons of all faiths to remain an active part of the community in which they lived and worked and raised their families.
