Many
of the Sisters make prayer for the needs of others a primary ministry.
They spend hours each day praying for the special intentions of other people.
They always keep the former students of any of the Notre Dame Sisters and
the members of the Sisters' families on their prayer lists. And each time
they enter the Notre Dame Chapel during the day or evening, they stop and
check the Prayer Board.
The Prayer Board is your immediate connection to the Sisters when you need prayers for a special intention. It brings your need to their attention. There is no donation requested, no cards are sent, no one is notified that you requested prayers, and you do not need to give your name when you call or write. What you get for your phone call or letter is the persistent prayers of the Notre Dame Sisters addressed to the problem or need that is troubling you.
